Le sang coule \u00e0 l\u2019Est. Le Rwanda occupe. L\u2019AFC\/M23 tue. Et les opposants regardent ailleurs. \u200eJe vous mets face \u00e0 10 v\u00e9rit\u00e9s. 10 messages. 10 silences qui vous accusent.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Le calendrier vide de la col\u00e8re ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eQuel jour l\u2019opposition congolaise d\u00e9cr\u00e9terait-elle une ville morte contre Kigali ? Regardez l\u2019agenda : _aucun_. Pas parce que la date manque, mais parce que la volont\u00e9 manque. Quand on hait plus le Pr\u00e9sident que l\u2019occupant, on ne descend pas dans la rue contre l\u2019occupant.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. La concurrence des haines? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eL\u2019AFC\/M23 tue \u00e0 Rutshuru, Masisi, Bunagana. Mais \u00e0 Kinshasa, certains opposants p\u00e8sent chaque mot pour ne pas donner raison \u00e0 Tshisekedi. R\u00e9sultat : le silence devient complicit\u00e9. La haine du Pr\u00e9sident a remplac\u00e9 la haine de l\u2019ennemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u200e*3. Ville morte, mais pour qui ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eUne ville morte contre le Rwanda signifierait unit\u00e9 nationale. Or l\u2019opposition vit du clivage. Appeler \u00e0 fermer boutiques et march\u00e9s, main dans la main avec le pouvoir ? Impensable pour des egos qui confondent adversaire politique et ennemi intime.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Le nombrilisme comme ligne politique ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eManifestation = visibilit\u00e9. Mais manifester contre le M23 donnerait des points au narratif de Kinshasa. Beaucoup pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent donc l\u2019inaction. Leur calcul : mieux vaut perdre le Kivu que de laisser Tshisekedi gagner la bataille de l\u2019opinion.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. L\u2019occupation qui n\u2019indigne plus ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eQuand des Congolais meurent sous les balles rwandaises, on compte les tweets d\u2019indignation de l\u2019opposition. On les compte vite, car il n\u2019y en a pas beaucoup. Le Rwanda est devenu un sujet technique, pas existentiel. Pendant ce temps, une phrase de Tshisekedi d\u00e9clenche trois conf\u00e9rences de presse de l\u2019opposition.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. L\u2019alliance objective? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eVous ne verrez pas de marche commune ECIDE-Ensemble-MLC-LG contre Kigali. Pourquoi ? Parce que d\u00e9tester Tshisekedi soude plus que d\u00e9fendre la patrie. Le M23 a compris : diviser Kinshasa co\u00fbte moins cher qu\u2019une balle.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. La haine du Congolais par le Congolais ? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eComment expliquer qu\u2019on pardonne plus vite \u00e0 Kagame qu\u2019\u00e0 un fr\u00e8re de la majorit\u00e9 ? On promet casse et coups de poing \u00e0 ceux qui veulent le changement de la Constitution. On les traite de l\u00e9preux. On pr\u00e9f\u00e8re voir le voisin tomber que de le relever si cela profite au camp de Kigali.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Les morts sans drapeau? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eLes victimes du M23 meurent deux fois : sous les balles, puis dans l\u2019indiff\u00e9rence de nos opposants. Heureusement, nous existons pour que, derri\u00e8re le Chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat, on pense \u00e0 eux et on garde la flamme de leur m\u00e9moire. Mais les opposants ? Aucun sit-in devant les ambassades. Pour eux, le sang congolais ne mobilise que s\u2019il est rentable politiquement.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Le jour qu\u2019on n\u2019ose pas fixer? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eFixer une date pour condamner la pr\u00e9sence rwandaise en RDC, c\u2019est prendre le risque que le peuple r\u00e9ponde. Et si le peuple r\u00e9pondait, qui capitaliserait ? La peur de voir Tshisekedi sortir renforc\u00e9 paralyse. On pr\u00e9f\u00e8re donc que ce jour n\u2019existe jamais.\u200e\u200e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Le pacte non \u00e9crit? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u200eCe qui lie certains opposants, Kigali et l\u2019AFC\/M23 n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9union secr\u00e8te. C\u2019est plus fort : des int\u00e9r\u00eats qui convergent. Affaiblir Tshisekedi. Humilier l\u2019arm\u00e9e. Prouver que l\u2019\u00c9tat est faible. Sur ce terrain, ils ne sont plus adversaires.\u200e\u200e*Conclusion :*\u200e\u200eMessieurs Fayulu, Katumbi, Sesanga, Matata, Kabund :\u200e\u200eL\u2019Histoire vous regarde. \u200eLe silence est un choix.
